At Walters Motorcycle Wear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your motorcycle clothing and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchange policy:
Returns
If you receive an item from Walters Motorcycle Wear that you are unhappy with for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days, provided it is in the same condition you received it. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund of the product value once your item has been returned and assessed.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or your order is incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Products that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way (including washed items) are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., embroidered gear, helmets with custom graphics)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Return Process:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
- Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned items and inspect their condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees (original shipping cost) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You may exchange an item for:

A different item (any price difference must be paid by the customer)

A flat $10 return freight charge applies to all exchanges to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
If your original order qualified for any “free shipping” promotion, a freight restocking fee equal to the original postage cost incurred by Walters Motorcycle Wear will be deducted from any refund.

Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. However, if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item being sent to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as any packaging, to help us resolve the issue quickly.

All items sent back for return or exchange:

Must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (unless faulty)

Any packaged products must be returned with packaging intact and in original condition

Items must be free from marks, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

We do not accept returns on clearance items

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds apply to product value only (not postage charges)

All returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item you received was faulty or incorrect, in which case Walters Motorcycle Wear will cover all shipping costs

Check fit and suitability before removing any product from its original packaging if it arrives sealed
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at waltersmotorcyclewear@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs.
